Customer Care Support Position
Prima Live Ltd. is located on the beautiful Mediterranean Island of Malta in Mosta and was founded in 2008.
Prima Live Ltd. is looking for Customer Care Support for the installation and management of a new project in the online-games/ skill-gaming area. To begin immediately with a minimum 12 month commitment. Suitable for post graduate students and professionals.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Development of customer care concepts, conversation guides and training materials
- Installation of the customer advice, care and support
- Support and maintenance of customer data bases, using text processing programs
- Independent handling of cutomer questions and orders
- Communication and correspondence with clients via phone or email
Skills and Qualities:
- Communication skills, teamwork and resilience
- Affinity to customer-oriented-, service-oriented- and advisory tasks
- High concentration and dexterity in computer data imput
- Basic business knowledge
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
- Understanding of internet and information technology
- Experience in handling MS-Office applications
- Experience in customer service/ customer care preferred
You have a degree in one of the following:
- Business Studies or Economics, Computer Science or a degree related to economic studies
- Media science, Communication Studies or Linguistics
- Media Studies, Cultural Studies
